ASC undertakes a wide range of surveys, including structural assessments, concrete condition surveys, and building defect investigations to identify underlying issues and recommend effective remedial solutions.

Using modern diagnostic equipment such as borescopes, moisture meters, and cover meters, we assess the condition of concrete structures with accuracy and detail. Our surveys can identify carbonation depth using on-site phenolphthalein testing, while chloride contamination is assessed through concrete dust sample analysis, helping to inform the most appropriate repair strategy.
